Black Horse is again Pub of the Year
CAMRA Central Lancashire branch are pleased to announce that their Pub of the Year for 2024 is the Black Horse, Preston. Judging was carried out in the latter weeks of 2023, with six pubs having been nominated as candidates for the award..
This is the second year running that the Black Horse has been chosen as the branch's Pub of the Year. There will be a social at the Black Horse on February 22nd from 7.30pm, with the Pub of the Year presentation taking place on the night. We look forward to there being a good turn-out of local CAMRA members present.
Also for the second year running the Malt 'n' Hops, Chorley, was judged the Pub of the Year Runner-Up, while the other pubs nominated for the award were the Continental, Preston; the Guild Ale House, Preston; the Rivington Brewery Co. Tap; and the Winckley Street Ale House, Preston.
