This pub now comes under the jurisdiction of CAMRA Wigan branch.

Until August 2013 it was the responsibility of CAMRA Central Lancashire branch, but for several years previously had also been adopted by CAMRA Wigan branch.

Subsequently it was visited on the Summer 2014 Ale Cry Distribution Crawl.
