And Then There Were Four

Thursday 17 October 2024

The Black Horse in Preston, which was CAMRA Central Lancashire branch's Pub of the Year for 2024, continues to be successful in CAMRA's national Pub of the Year 2024 competition. Already having progressed to be the CAMRA Lancashire branches Pub of the Year and the CAMRA West Pennines regional Pub of the Year, it has now been named as one of the four pubs on the shortlist of finalists to win the CAMRA national Pub of the Year 2024 award.

The other three pubs in competition with the Black Horse are the Three B's Micropubin Bridlington, the Little Green Dragon at Winchmore Hill in London, and the Bailey Head at Oswestry. The winner will be announced early next year, but in anticipation we wish Dan Taylor and his team at the Black Horse all the best as the final judging gets underway.
