Formerly known as the Cattle Market, the name was changed to the Brook Tavern in early 2014. This is a substantial three-storey pub off Blackpool Road. Inside is a single L-shaped room with a pool table and several TVs. Typical pub grub is served and there is regular live entertainment. Particularly busy for major sports events. The modern housing estate to the rear of the pub is built on the site of Preston's cattle market.
