Pub closed by brewery March 2015. The pub was demolished despite a local campaign where it was registered as an Asset Of Community Value and a group of locals looked at the possibility of buying the pub. New residential properties have been built on te site.

It was a modern estate pub. Large comfortable split level lounge and separate games room with pool, darts and TV.
