This bar originally opened in late 2021 as Luther's Bar, set in the old BetSid betting premises on Friargate and is a venture for Preston's radio boss, Leroy Allen. Now operating under the name Bar 143, it is set over three floors. This is very much a live music venue, with Karaoke five nights a week & private karaoke rooms for hire. Real ale is not sold currently.
