Originally the town post office, this pub closed in 1976 and was converted into a shop. I have seen it described as a cross between a steak bar and a coffee shop, being licensed by Matthew Brown. This pub is not included in the comprehensive listings in the Preston Inns & Taverns Blogspot, but is in the branch records and is included here for completeness.
