A modern estate pub, known as the Lion for most of it's life. It was renamed the Witt's End just a few weeks before being burnt down in an arson attack c. 2000. It was never rebuilt. The pub had a reputation for being somewhat rough! Photograph by Jim Holderness and used with permission.
