Pub closed in 2008 and converted into an Indian Restaurant. The main picture (by Ken) shows the pub apparently thriving with the Greenalls crest proudly displayed near the main entrance. A later picture (Richard Richmond) shows the pub with the dreaded 'To Let' sign on the gable end. The final image (Tony Worrall) shows the front of the pub with the banner announcing the imminent opening of an Indian restaurant. This later closed and the building was demolished March 2022 for retail redevelopment.
